Beal Early Childhood Center

Beal School provides quality education for three grade levels. In September 2008, we welcomed our first Pre-Kindergarten class, consisting of morning and afternoon sessions for children who are four years old. We also have eleven sections of half day kindergarten, four sections of tuition-based full day kindergarten, and four first grades. The selection for the full day kindergarten classrooms is through a lottery process.

Our kindergarten students are housed in two facilities. Big Beal, is located a 1 Maple Avenue and our nearby facility, Beal West, is located directly behind the Shrewsbury Post Office on Wesleyan Terrace.

At Beal, highly specialized early childhood staff is committed to creating an educational environment that is safe and responds to the unique learning needs of young children.

 

We strongly believe that the success of our students depends on a positive working relationship between school and home. We consider parents our very best resource and value their enormous contribution to our program. We welcome you to share your knowledge and experience with us.
